Welcoming Spring – The Wisdom of Feeling
Dear Friends,
Happy Spring!
As the season shifts, nature reminds us of the power of renewal, of moving in harmony with the rhythms of life. In our practice, we engage in a similar unfolding—one that extends far beyond the physical body.
At first glance, yoga may seem primarily about movement and flexibility, but the true gift lies in something deeper: the practice of breaking from thought and tuning into sensation, intuition, and natural inclination. When we shift our attention from thinking to feeling, we access a kind of knowing that isn’t intellectual—it’s innate, immediate, and profoundly wise.
In a world that often prioritizes analysis and external validation, yoga offers us a radical alternative: to listen inwardly, to be guided by what we sense rather than what we think. This is not just a reprieve from mental noise; it’s a return to a more instinctual, connected way of being—one where we trust the intelligence of the body, the rhythm of the breath, and the pull of what feels right.
As we step into this new season, may we embrace the practice of sensing and feeling as a path to deeper clarity, alignment, and ease. Let Spring be an invitation to soften, to open, and to trust the wisdom within.
I hope you’ll join me for class soon.
With warmth and gratitude,
Jenna
