Yoga Classes

This gentle flow Yoga class will offer proper guidance in moving mindfully as we explore basic Yoga postures. This mindful approach allows students to safely move, stretch and strengthen while remaining centered in their own experience. Students are encouraged to modify, rest or deepen postures in accordance with their own sense of well being.
