Meditation Sessions

These meditation sessions provide the basic instruction and on-going support necessary for learning how to meditate using a mantra. Instruction is followed by a guided group meditation that is designed to teach proper technique as well as cultivate mindfulness and non-judgmental awareness. These sessions will assist participants in reducing stress and anxiety while simultaneously promoting health and well being.

 
Meditation trains the mind to be more resilient and adaptive. Through the use of a mantra or “theme”, we learn to cultivate and maintain states of mind that are free of resistance and completely at peace.
