Your body is talking to you
I've been thinking about our practice, and about something that is at the heart of why I come to the mat in the first place.
For most of us, so much of the day is spent trying to make sense of the world from the neck up. We think, plan, analyze, scroll, and rush, and all the while our body is giving us signals in real time that we rarely stop to hear. Signals about how we're really doing. What we actually need.
Yoga, at its best, is a practice of learning to listen.
And this listening isn’t about fixing, solving or figuring out a posture—it’s about coming back into relationship with the body as a source of real and useful information.
That's what I want our time together to be about.
I love sharing practice with you. And if it's been a few weeks, a few months, or even years—remember there's no catching up to do; it’s just showing up and tuning in. Simple.
