Yoga is an opportunity to get grounded in your body; doing so helps to quiet the mind and allow one’s natural inclinations to become more apparent.
Have you noticed this to be true?
Through moving, noticing, feeling and sensing we gain access to a knowing that is body centered and doesn’t require thought or any of the processes of the thinking mind. It’s an intuitive, instinctual knowing that can be felt and sensed; it’s aligned with nature and it’s extremely reliable.
